On June 24, from 18:15 to 23:59, the Cloud API experienced degraded performance.
During this period, device state updates were delayed and took longer than usual to process. For example, confirming that an air conditioner was turned on could take several minutes before the update became visible to users. Additionally, new device onboarding may have failed during this timeframe; any affected devices will require re-onboarding.
Impact: - Delayed device state updates - Possible failures during new device onboarding
Not Impacted: - Commands sent to equipment remained operational - Users were still able to turn their air conditioners on and off
